Great Streets for Kingston was developed by students in the School of Urban and Regional Planning at Queen’s University to encourage decision makers and city staff to consider complete street infrastructure alternatives. The report allows users to prioritize Complete Streets improvements based on street context and lists examples of Complete Streets from across Canada and the United States. The City of Kingston has hired a consultant to develop official Complete Streets Guidelines in 2013 and this document will help inform that process. Download the full report below.
